The Jackson County Fair is seeking 3 charitable organizations to cover bartending shifts at the fair.
Charitable organizations will be chosen via a lottery. To enter the lottery, the charitable organization must agree to supply a minimum of 5 adults and be able to work any of the 3 shifts listed below. During the fair, the Celebrity Bartenders will report to our Beverage Managers, Kay Weikel and Shelly Jessop. The deadline for the lottery is July 1st and this application can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. The lottery to choose the charitable organizations will take place at the beginning of the July 8th Ag Society meeting. Charitable organizations picked to serve as Celebrity Bartenders in the Beer Garden will be notified immediately following the July 8th meeting that their organization has been chosen.
Friday: 8 p.m. – 12 a.m.
Saturday 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturday 8 p.m. – 12 a.m.
Chosen organizations will be compensated $400 at the completion of their shift.
The Jackson County Fair is held every August on the outskirts of beautiful Black River Falls, Wisconsin. The fair is hosted and coordinated each year by the Jackson County Agricultural Society, compromised of an all volunteer board of community members who are dedicated to the tradition that is the county fair.
