IT’S AMERICA’S BIRTHDAY!!! Bring a decorated cake in one of these three sizes – 8×13, 9×13, or 9-inch round and this entry form to the Jackson County Fairgrounds on Saturday, August 1st. Register in the Milt Lunda Memorial Arena by the backdrop area (close to the food department) starting at 11:30 a.m.. Judging will take place at 12 noon. Awards will be presented immediately following the judging. Scorecard and rules are below.

- Must be a resident of Jackson County, Wisconsin
- Must be present to win
- Must provide a typed copy of the recipe on one side only (single sided) for scanning purposes
